“We are Bowjangles. Singing, dancing, comedy, cabaret, variety, theatrical string quartet. It’s REALLY DIFFICULT to describe what we do! We were never satisfied sitting still and playing our instruments, so over the years we added more and more dimensions to our performances, and now we create our own theatre shows where we provide our own musical score. We love to PLAY. 

We have travelled the world extensively performing in theatres and halls, at arts festivals and street festivals, in schools, hospitals, the occasional prison and even in a forest in the dead of night. We also love performing at cabarets, private events and functions, and occasionally you might even see us on TV, or doing a street show. 

Though we are a string quartet we have also more recently been known to play together as the Bowjangles band- violin, piano, double bass and drums- most recently in the Wonderground Speigeltent on London’s Southbank for a  summer long run of ‘Hotel Black Cat’ with the Black Cat Cabaret.”
